Google Docs: Solutions For The Word, Excel, and Power Point Sharing


For those of you who like and want to share files in a  Microsoft Word  (document) and  Microsoft Excel (spreadsheet) or  Microsoft PowerPoint  (presentation) on the blog, you can use various services on the internet. One of them is a service provided by Google that  Google docs . With google docs you can  create Microsoft Office files  that I mentioned earlier it online or you can  upload  the finished file alias already done offline and then grab the code provided and after that you can display on your blog.

What are the advantages of  google docs ? with google docs you do not need to have a license microsoft office software is very expensive it is installed on your computer, all you need is that you can get online on the internet. It seems I do not need to explain how to create a file in  google docs because its use is similar to Microsoft Office. What I want to explain is how to upload a file  that has been finished to google docs and then display it on your blog. Interested? yok continue
One of the requirements to be able to use google docs is that you must have an email address at gmail (google acount). If during your blogger account using gmail it can directly log into google docs. If this is your first time you log into google docs, then you must agree with the rules made by google. Already have an account google? let us assault google docs.

Step 1: upload files to google docs.
  1. Please log in to  http://docs.google.com  with your gmail account.
  2. Click the Upload tab located on the top left of your screen.
  3. Click the  browse ...  under the heading  Browse your computer to select a file to upload:
  4. Enter the file you want to upload (word, excel, power point).
  5. Click the  Upload File  that was at the bottom.
  6. Wait a while until the file you uploaded items (depending on the size of the file and the speed of your connection).
  7. If it is uploaded, you can edit it if you like.
  8. Click the tab  publish  that is in the top right of your screen, then you will get the  This document is not yet published.
  9. click  publish now  available below.
  10. If completed, refer back to the bottom!
  11. Click the link labeled  More publishing options .
  12. After exiting the pop up window, click the drop down menu next to the writing  format file  and then select HTML to embed a webpage .
  13. Click the  Generate URL .
  14. Copy the HTML code that is given, then paste in notepad or other text editor.
  15. Please close any window in it.
  16. Please sign out of google docs if you like.
  17. Completed.

Step 2: post code google docs to blogger.
  1. Please login to blogger with your ID.
  2. Click on  New Post .
  3. Please make a post that you want.
  4. When you want to paste the code from google docs, first click the tab  Edit HTML  (do that compose)
  5. Paste code google docs is in notepad on where you want.
  6. Click the  Publish Post .
  7. Please see the results.
